大學(xué)生的元情緒智力、情緒調(diào)節(jié)與心理健康研究調(diào)查問卷

您好!我們正在進(jìn)行一項(xiàng)關(guān)于大學(xué)生心理健康的研究,旨在探討元情緒智力與情緒調(diào)節(jié)對(duì)心理健康的影響。本研究由馬來(lái)亞大學(xué)(University of Malaya)主導(dǎo),調(diào)查對(duì)象為馬來(lái)西亞吉隆坡和中國(guó)廣東地區(qū)的在讀大學(xué)生。

問卷為中英雙語(yǔ)形式,您可選擇最舒適的語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行作答。整個(gè)填寫過程大約需要 5–8 分鐘,所有數(shù)據(jù)僅用于學(xué)術(shù)研究,完全匿名,您的隱私將被嚴(yán)格保護(hù)。

Greetings! You are invited to participate in a research study that aims to examine how meta-emotional intelligence and emotion regulation relate to mental health among university students in Kuala Lumpur and Guangdong.

The questionnaire is bilingual (English & Chinese). It will take approximately 5–8 minutes to complete. Your responses will remain anonymous and will only be used for academic purposes.
